The hotline provides an alternative method of reporting suspected violations of any federal or state laws or LCS policies and procedures. The corporate compliance officer monitors the dedicated phone line and will not attempt to trace the call or try to identify the caller.
Tell us about any concerns regarding improper or unethical activity such as violation of professional standards of practice or business ethics, breach of patient privacy or confidentiality, information system security breaches, inaccurate billing, or conflicts of interest. This list is inclusive, but provides an example of the possible violations that should be reported to the corporate compliance officer.
